Anaerobic Digestate “Fertiliser” Pellets

Here at Go Green we have been trialling and producing fertiliser pellets to trial for many Anaerobic Digestate (AD) customers over the last five years .

In that time we have established proven methods and constructed & supplied operational plants to process dried digestate and create dry fertiliser pellets capable of being spread by Agricultural Fertiliser spreaders or planted with applicators for Root crops such as potatoes.

With the rapidly growing costs of conventional agricultural fertiliser, creating a useable fertiliser from the AD solids can be a way  to considerably  reduce farm fertiliser costs .

As most AD plants have the excess heat available to dry the solid product by way of drying floors or moving bed driers, we can then take that dried product to create a high value pelletised fertiliser, with or without additional nitrogen based additions, to boost the nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) (NPK) of the digest.
